NEW TAX COLLECTORS

Congratulations on the opening of your business in Bentonville!

The City of Bentonville has an Advertising & Promotion Tax which is collected on hotels/motels, condo rentals, meeting spaces, and establishments engaged in the selling of prepared foods and non-alcoholic beverages. Visit Bentonville, which is governed by the Bentonville Advertising & Promotion Commission, collects this tax and uses the funds to promote the City of Bentonville. Your business may be required by Arkansas State Statutes and City of Bentonville Ordinances to collect this tax and remit the tax to this office.
