Due to recent legislative enactments [Acts 2015, Nos. 186 and 1102] that added certain exceptions to the disclosure requirements of the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, we will longer disclose the tax collections of individual A&P tax collectors on this site. This information is now exempt from FOIA requests and may not be given to individuals or to the general public. The names of tax collectors who are 90 days past due will continue to be reported to the commission and to the local press at the monthly A&P Commission meeting.
